Really hoping that someone down in the Cave will work on this effect. It will probably be down to Michael and I, but I really do think that this would be really good down there and looks pretty simple to pull off. Unfortunately, to do it repetitively could be problematic....lol

Old Picture of Jebenezzer Law Found in Great Grandma's Attic
This is supposedly an old picture of Jebenezzer Law found in Great Grandma Law's attic after her death in 1948. Judging from the age of the photograph, it looks to be about 1930 and would appear to be down in the Cave. Jebenezzer would be approximately 60 years of age at this time.
It looks as if he has his trademark chain and a large wound on his left hand side.

Make Up Experimentations
The finishing touches were green hair spray in the hair, beard, and sideburns. Unfortunately, I have to wear glasses, so they really don't add to the look except to get mistaken for Tommy Chong. The darkness of the Jail Cell helps in hiding any screw ups with my make up. I also let my hair out so it is flying wildly around my face...that is another good way of hiding make up lines, etc.
The prosthetic in this incarnation of Jebenezzer Law is from Boneyard FX and it's their Burnt model. I liked it since it gave me an opportunity to make it look rotted, which is the effect I was looking for with Jeb's face. Previous incarnations used wound make up kit, random prosthetics, and my first full facial prosthetic....Scarred. Now, the only drawback I have with any full facial prosthetic is my facial hair....their is a lot of trimming involved to free up the chin area.
The next incarnation of Ol' Jebenezzer, I would like to rot even further with bone showing through, etc. We shall see.

Guinness Book of World Records
I would like to take the time to thank all of the people that helped the Lewisburg Haunted Cave achieve the goal of being entered in the Guinness Book of World Records as the World's Longest Walk Through Haunt.
I would especially like to thank Nikki and her crew for coming down and measuring. Without them, none of this would have been possible so thank you Nikki Oaks, Steve, Jay and Matt. I would also like to than Ed Esposito and Anthony Esposito for documenting the measuring process on dvd and photographically.
This was a long, drawn out process that was filled with a ton of paperwork and even more sleepless nights wondering if all the t's were crossed and the i's dotted. It took quite a long time to hear back from the good people at Guinness, and a couple of phone calls across the pond, but it was all worth it in the end.
A lot of people just take for granted that the behind the scenes work will get taken care of by somebody never knowing the amount of time that it actually takes to prep, and work within all of the guidelines that must be followed.
Another person that deserves a bit of a thank you is my wife Kelli who managed the mailing and organization of all of the written documentation. Most people did not know that my computer crashed during this time period and most of my Guinness information was lost. With the help of my buddy Chad O'Brien, he recovered most of what I needed, we were able to get back on track . So thank you Chad and Kelli for all of your help in getting this done.
Now, to everyone that I have mentioned and to the many that were not mentioned, I would like to thank you all once again and I hope that you all know that I appreciated all of your help in this matter. Looking forward to the start of this upcoming season and what we have in store for our fantastic fans and customers.
